Photo of Yvette Dulohery,

I’m the mother of two adult sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and Grammy to one of each of the “Little People”. I am a lover of nature, and the oldest of five children who grew up on a small farm among the bluffs of the Mississippi River. I became a nurse to “make a difference” but after my husband died and I retired, I have been a bit at odds with myself. This is my attempt to continue to “make a difference” and help others.

Recently I developed a petition to ask for modernization of the military award system to include veterans injured by wartime toxic chemicals causing injuries, diseases, and death. Please review and consider signing my “Petition” found in the top index asking the President, US Government, and the Department of Veterans Affairs to take action.

I am also writing a book entitled “Homegevity” for veterans, like my husband, who had “Hidden Wounds” from Agent Orange or other toxic exposures, and for all of us as we encounter accidents, diseases, and aging.

Please contact me know if you are interested in either of my endeavors. It is wonderful to meet you! Truly, I believe we can never have too many friends! Take a look at my website-and send me your thoughts and recommendations.

Best wishes,

Yvette
